Health-data-grade by default

AES-256 encryption at rest. TLS 1.3 in transit. Row-level security on every user table. Audit-logged access. PHI scrubber on crash reports. The same standards a hospital systems team would apply to your record, applied to a mobile health platform from day one.

You decide who sees your data

Only you, plus the people you explicitly invite to your Care Circle. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or hand it to third parties beyond the named processors needed to run the service. Care Circle members see only what you tick.

Lifefy Coach is powered by Anthropic Claude

Your Coach replies are generated by Anthropic Claude, a generative-AI model hosted in the US. Anthropic is contractually bound to not retain your messages and not train on Lifefy conversations. The data that leaves your device for the Coach is the minimum required to generate a reply.

Your data lives where you live

Region-pinned hosting. Cross-border transfer happens only for the Coach API call, never for resting storage. Aligned with India DPDPA, EU GDPR and Australian Privacy Principles. You can delete every byte from inside the app.

We collect the minimum

No first or last name. No date of birth. No phone number. No location. No advertising IDs. Your display name and age are enough to coach you. Lab reports are the only health document we hold, on the explicit step where you upload one.

Mission-aware, stage-aware, never alarmist

The Coach treats stage safety (pregnancy, postpartum, loss recovery) as a hard constraint that overrides every other rule. Region-aware thresholds are applied where the science supports them (e.g. South Asian BMI and HbA1c cut-offs). Mood and mental-health red flags route to professional help, not a chatbot.

Wellness platform, not a medical device

Lifefy is a preventative wellness tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe medications, or replace a doctor. Every clinical-range mention carries an informational disclaimer. We escalate to your GP whenever your numbers warrant it.

How confident we are
Each action carries a confidence band, high, moderate or exploratory, based on the strength of the underlying evidence and how well it applies to your specific data.
Where the science came from
Inline citations to peer-reviewed journals on every recommendation. No celebrity references, no influencer claims, no marketing-grade studies.
When to see a doctor
Lifefy escalates on red flags such as chest pain, severe shortness of breath, suicidal ideation, very high blood pressure or glucose, or persistent symptoms. The Coach stops coaching and tells you to seek clinical care now.
